Primal Fear bodo 17. julija pri nemški založbi Nuclear Blast Records objavili trinajsti album z naslovom Metal Commando.
Album je produciral Mat Sinner, medtem ko je za miks tudi tokrat poskrbel Jacob Hansen (Volbeat, Pretty Maids, Amaranthe, Delain). Skupino trenutno sestavljajo vokalist Ralf Scheepers (ex-Gamma Ray, ex-Tyran’ Pace), kitaristi Tom Naumann (Sinner, Mat Sinner), Alexander Beyrodt (Jorn, Silent Force, Mat Sinner, Voodoo Circle, ex-Sinner) in Magnus Karlsson (Magnus Karlsson’s Free Fall, The Ferrymen, Allen/Olzon), basist Mat Sinner (Sinner, Mat Sinner, Voodoo Circle, Jorn, Silent Force) ter bobnar Michael Ehré (Gamma Ray, The Unity, ex-Firewind, ex-Metalium).
